I remember hearing the following, and with the new Scum Epic, FAQ, and wave 11 these should be dismissed:

1) FFG doesn't care about old ships, especially ones that aren't canon. But we have more options for the Syck!

2) FFG doesn't care about power creep. FAQ!

3) FFG will only be releasing ships from Rebels and the movies. Wave 11!

4) FFG will not draw from the EU/Legends Universe for ships. Wave 11!
