I really like the U-wing and have been tinkering with different ideas to get it on the board. Looking for some feedback for this list. Thanks in advance!

Thoughts on this list? I was thinking for deployment to set up facing an edge in order to establish a formation and then turn into the board, maybe trying to stick to the open areas? The captured TIE and A-wings have almost the same dial allowing them to hold formation until the enemy is engaged. Cassian clears PTL stress allowing Ashoka to pass extra actions to whichever ship needs it. Cassian is designed to stay back a bit mostly to use Erso to grab focus tokens for Tano.
