Looked everywhere for a proper descent organiser (like the IA one I have) and cant seem to find one in the UK. Found one in USA but it charges $70 for shipping...ouch.

Could you prefer a link to what you're talking about please?
I mean a way to store all your descent stuff so its not loose in the box.
This is the one for Imperial Assault

Nice one Indalecio ![]()
But I think this one can only hold the base game + 2 Expansions at most ![]()
Indalecio: where can I buy three of those (maybe that's what DJ06 is, the BIG lorry container style box for when all the expansions are out - also holds your other games)
Vayasan: as an alternative if you're ambitious you could make one (there are some guides in the forums), use suitable storage box combos or even decorate some sort of card-based ready-made storage box solution.
Just one note if you go this route though: games plus expansions sometimes get heavy quite quickly so might be easier to handle split over boxes if you have a lot of Descent kit.
Some people make use of the expansion boxes using different boxes for different parts and making sub-dividers.
Joke aside, I´ve had a look on the web (I felt guilty too, I must admit) and while it's true company-made inserts are not easy to find, I reckon you could use the Imperial Assault one as a base, with the option to tweak it a little. After all both boxes have the same measurements and the same type of content. Worth a look? Have you tried to ask the same on BGG?
A gaming room in that container would be awesome. Who needs air, lol.

Haha I can take a joke its no problem.
My IA arrived last month...my Descent arrives today and I didnt realise they were the same size and similar compositions...so the IA box might be worth a look.
I will try putting it in there when it arrives and see what its like!!
Must admit, the IA one has made the game MUCH easier to setup and put away.
Ill let you know how it goes.

Descent box just arrived...first thing I noticed is that while its the same (looking) dimensions across, the IA box is much, much deeper.
I feel your frustration. I came across http://www.hirstarts.com/cavern/descent.html and bought some moulds to create the tiles etc. "Let me just see if there are any more expansions" I thought and found out i had a 1st edition. D'oh!
So I bought the 2nd Ed and all the expansions and when they arrive I can start making the tiles, although **** there will be a lot of tiles lol. Anyway my problem was trying to find some kind of storage solution for them all. I may paint the models and i may make the tiles so it will need to be bigger than inserts. The link below is the best option i guess, although a case or two with lots of floppy trays may be annoying. Who knows, they have some precut Descent trays but not for every expansion. You can design your own moulds but that doesn't look fun lol. Anyway i'm still hunting for the right storage solution that will make my life easier during play but will also protect all the bits.
