Yes.

Note though that if you happen to have two focus tokens (from Mindlink or Recon Specialist for instance) you cannot then spend another focus token to modify eyeballs to hits should you get any on your reroll.

You could if you had Calculation or something to spend one on first to trigger the mech, but you can't spend multiple tokens for the SAME effect in the same attack.

Yes. If you reroll a die it can't be rerolled again, but if you use your Target Lock and get an [eye] you can spend a Focus to modify that to a [boom].

That's why, when you start with both a Focus and a Target Lock, you should generally use the Target Lock first.

In the case of R4, if you triggered the droid by spending a Focus Token and then spent the Target Lock the droid gives you, obviously the Focus Token you spent to trigger the droid in the first place is long gone and no longer around to modify any [eye]s you might get from the droid's Target Lock. And, as has been said above, you can't spend more than one Focus token for their default effect (modify all [eye] results to [boom] results) more than once per attack.

I specifically said 'spend a focus to modify eyeballs to hits' for a reason
