I would like to understand how Electronic baffle works if you reveil a red manouver on Quickdraw.

So as I understand this is that after you reveil the red manouver you receive a stress token, but with Electronic baffle you may remove the stress.

So can I now take an action?

Yes, using Electronic Baffle would allow you to still take your action. In addition, the damage suffered from using Baffle, assuming you have shields left to lost and have not yet triggered it, would trigger Quickdraw's pilot ability allowing her to fire.

Do remember though that you have to actually move before you get the stress. Stress is applied/removed last as part of a maneuver, then you do actions. In this situation Baffles/Quickdraw's ability cuts in before the action to attack.
