So do aux firing arc (fire spray) get range bonus aswell

Yes, provided it's a primary attack.

Yes, the Range bonus (both the extra red die for the attacker at Range 1 and the extra green die for the defender at Range 3+) is tied to Primary Weapon attacks, not any particular arc.

On a slightly related note you would also get a range bonus from any ship with a primary weapon turret regardless of where the enemy is around the ship. Just as long as they are at range 1.

Now with the Phantom title and a TLT equip could you do a TLT shot then at the end of combat perform and 1nd TLT attack

Yes, you can use the TLT for your regular attack and then use it again at the end of combat for the bonus attack from the title. And you do get both of the Perform This Attack Twice shots in both cases.
