I don't know if your groups do it, but if someone forgets their character, they get /THE LOANER./ The player gets to apply xp to his main character, but in the meantime, he's got an interesting night coming..especially when the other players start with the remarks...

What a wonderful idea! Not only do you encourage your players to be responsible about bringing their work, you also manage to get some fun RP out of it. Of course, I just keep everyone's stuff at my house for the same reason, but it doesn't encourage the laughs that your solution does....

It's too bad this is the ONE rpg, that I keep everyone's character stuff (since it's my components), so we never have that issue. I like the idea though!
