I think you've answered your own question. FAQ 4.3.0 comes into effect on March 17th and players have had a couple of weeks to digest the changes.

So that means yes? My question was more because in Madrid regionals only the Tie Striker and the U-Wing could be used, as the rest of the wave 10 ships came AFTER the last day to submit the lists, and now the faq is effective also AFTER the last day of list submission. That's whete I got my confusion

Edited by RoockieBoyI would imagine that the organizers will be using the latest FAQ, but the Tatooine Open is in Madrid and I'm in New Zealand, so don't quote me on this. Check with them if you can.
It's a Premier level event, I don't think they have any option...
They sent an email saying that they will use new FAQs.
