So I've got a tournament coming up. I've built up the first half of my list which I'm super happy with and don't want to change - which leaves me 38 points.
So, you're playing Rebels. What do you build with 38 points? // Whats the strongest ship I could build with that?

err depends on what you consider strong...miranda with TLT/3po is 38, rebellion symathizer is 38, biggs with int/r4d6 and a Z is 38.. red ace w/ r2d2/comm/AT is 38. really depends on what fits into your list...and how it interacts with your list
Well my 62 is Falcon (Rey) + Evade Title + Expertise + Finn + C3PO + Engine Upgrade
if you arent running sloop title and kannan dont run rey/finn, you would get more milage out of simply chewey expertise,evade,3po

I find I don't need EU with sloopy Rey. She usually has no issue keeping arc. Kanan and the TFA title really opens up her dial. You could get her down in points and take a VCX-100 for a blocker:

You could drop AP/IP on the Lothal to take Smuggling Compartment and Inertial Dampeners w/ Rey bringing the list in @ 99pts. ID is a great Illicit on that Rey build imo.
I would think a Y-Wing might be good. They're tough, have a couple decent upgrade slots, and can dish out a good bit of firepower with a good setup.
Something like this might work:
Horton Salm — Y-Wing 25
Ion Cannon Turret5
Proton Torpedoes 4
R5-D8 3
Ship Total: 37
Might swap out the turret to make room for Extra Munitions, but it's up to you.

I went up against a super Jan that makes rey a super beast...for sure I know it's a hawk but this one is more then meets the eye
