The question is, can Han Solo use his Distracting ability on himself? Rules say that a figure is not adjacent to itself. But Distracting says about been adjusted to target space, which theoretically could make a difference.
Because otherwise I don't have the slightest idea how Han Solo could cost 12 points. Even with Distracting working on himself, it's still a question if he worth the points or not. And it felt pretty much balanced when I've tried to play it that way.
What do you think about this? Do I miss something in the rules or is it a game balancing flaw?
