Bespin Gambit rules say companions are "associated with a hero or a group" so if I put "Last Resort" and "Indentured Jester" on Jabba, can I trigger "Last Resort" when Salacious Crumb dies?

I feel that the Ugnaughts relationship with the Junk droid is a little looser. "Scrap Batalion" says "the junk droid activates as though it was a part of the group" but it doesn't say it is part of the group. If I put "Last Resort" on an Ugnaught can I trigger last resort when the junk droid dies? What if it dies during the activation of the specific Ugnaught that has Last Resort attached to it?

EDIT: I see in the FAQ that the junk droid cannot use abilities or attachments from the ugnaught group, but the question still stands for Crumb.

IIRC Indentured Jester is a Skirmish Upgrade like Last Resort and you can only have one Skirmish Upgrade equipped per Deployment card.
