I've had a lot of fun with this list. I may put BTL-A4 on the thugs to get max damage through on tractored target. This list does well against 2 ship builds. With Scum's excellent selection of 1 point crew I could switch out IA with Ketsu, or change up my HWK build and put Latts on the quad and tactician on Tork and remove the title. What this list does is make your opponent make difficult decisions.
