So if I have squad leader and EI, can I give away an action, trigger EI and give away another?

A) I've not taken actions, I've handed them off and others then take them

Or

B) I'm not giving, but taking an action to enable other actions... Therefore can't do it twice

Or

C) My first Action was to give my action to ship A, second is to give my action to ship B... So different actions

B. You can only perform a given action once per turn. A ship gets to use the Action: on Squad Leader once during each turn. You may not perform that action again.

B) Squad Leader is itself an action. You perform the 'Squad Leader' action, and the result is youg ive another ship a free action. So it falls under the normal rule of "you can't perform the same action twice", you can't squad leader twice because it would be performing the "Squad Leader" action twice, regardless what actions you gave away.

B. You are spending an Action to give an Action when you use Squad Leader. Like other things you can't "Squad Leader" twice in a round.

Strangely I believe you could be targeted multiple times by Squad Leader. For that to happen Youngster would have to have the upgrade allowing other TIE Fighters to pass their action to a lower PS ship.

Theoretically, yes. There's no reason why you couldn't be.

As long as you had actions left to do, yeah. The only case where this could happen is TIE Fighters, so the maximum number of times you could be targetted is 6 I think - 3 for your basic focus/evade/barrel roll, one for Youngster's Squad Leader, one for Engine Upgrade, and one for your own EPT. But I don't know that you can actually do that in a `100 point list.

Kylo Ren with Squad Leader and Experimental Interface could give out two actions in a round because he has two different actions that can grant free actions to other ships. He could Coordinate for his first action and the use Experimental Interface to take the Squad Leader action.

As others have said, there is a prohibition on performing the same action twice in a round butnsince Coordinate and Squad Leader are different actions they can both be used.

Now if you had squad leader and the coordinate action you can give actions away from that, but that can only be done with kylo ren pilot I think
