Zuckuss got nerfed primarily (IMO) to get Dengaroo builds out of the game. The YV-666 party bus was strong, but not overly broken by any means.

If Dengaroo was never discovered, I don't think Zuckuss would have gotten changed.

I obviously didn't see the battle but my initial reaction is the problem was less the Zuckuss nerf and more that you took more stress than you had to. Kylo's shuttle is a pain to be sure, but easily mitigated by having a second ship nearby. Just pass the stress to the other.

Did you bring the debris, or your opponent? Who placed them? Could you have flown differently to avoid the debris (the answer is "yes")? Etc.

Zuckuss is nerfed. That's a fact. But does that make him a bad 1 point crew? No, not at all. Will you take greedo over Zuckuss? Nope. Boba? Maybe in some cases. Still better than (though comparable to) his buddy 4-LOM. It's not that bad.

I would have loved to pass the stress from kylo, however my other ships went down super quick due to my opponents amazing red dice and my lack of evades.

As for going over the debris it was intentional (and only happened once I think). It not only gave me shots still but it made kylo keep bumping into me so he couldn't shoot me.

Save Zuckess for your best attack dice rolls, or for when you're already planning a move that would clear out stress.

Mmm....Manaroo w/Wingman+Inspiring Recruit seems a nice wingman for any large ship W/Zuckuss.

I call it "The Rebels' Rejects" because they're the often overlooked pilots and their PS is 6/6/6. Rebel sorta rhymes with Devil...

It's not a very good competitive list, but boy do I love it anyway! The mental gymnastics it requires to fly properly is rewarded with my opponents' confused faces and resigned "I'll just take your word for it" type comments.

It may not win many games, but it sure can inflict early onset tournament fatigue (to both parties).

Yeah, it was Shara.

I'm not super sold on the double Autoblasters. They're fairly easy to avoid with only two in the list. I think Esage might be more of a threat if you just dropped both turrets, switch the RecSpec for Rey crew, and used the five points to give Esage some plasmas and EM as well.

Oh I'm sure I could spend more time optimizing the list, but like I said, it's not very good. The double ABTs are my solution for Fenn and defenders and they've definitely pulled their weight.

The real problem with the list no matter how you build it, is that the power declines exponentially as you take losses, unlike the gradual decline of most lists.
