Can you use Ashoka's ability more than once if you have multiple focus?

Since there are a number of ways for Ashoka to get several focus tokens and her ability dose not specifically say once per round, it just says at the start of combat you may spend one focus to allow a friendly ship at range one to perform a free action, could she spend a second to grant another action to a friendly ship?

It will only trigger once as there is only one start of combat phase which is when her ability triggers

An important (and often overlooked) rule to remember Cyrus is besides the specific wording on cards, all abilities are limited to "once per opportunity" So whenever an ability's trigger occurs it may only be resolved once even if you can pay for it more than once.

Abilities that can have multiple effects are always spelled out, for instance Zuckuss crew "Receive any number of stress to reroll that many dice" (paraphrase)

Some abilities that could potentially trigger multiple times are restricted to once per round to keep them from being to powerful. If Dengar for instance could shoot back at EVERY attacker he would be incredibly broken as a jouster. So his revenge shot specifies once per round.

Kanaan's ability to reduce incoming fire can be used as many times as you have focuses but only once each attack.

Ashoka's ability is effectively restricted to once per round because it is impossible for her triggering condition to occur more than once so they didn't bother to specify as such.
