If a ship with a Targetting Synchronizer is flying with a friendly TIE Advanced, is there anyway for the Advanced Targetting Computer to benefit from the Synchronizer?
TS+ATC... any point
Nope
This has been another episode of short answers to questions.
then lets lengthen it a bit shall we :)...
Reason being. TS states "...If a game effect instructs that ship to spend a target lock , it may spend your target lock instead."
ATC never instructs you to spend a target lock.
There's really not need. It's a simple question, asked and answered.
FWIW, ATC and Omega Leader are almost certainly the reasons why Targettign Synchroniser works the way it does.
Yes, but explaining why things work a certain way helps a lot. Especially if you're new to the game.

Sometimes a simple answer is not so simple if the why of the answer is lacking. for the sake of Lobokai I thought it fitting to add.
Thank you all. I've got five points I'm staring at and an open slot on Quickfire. Trying to do some force multiplication
