Man, I really wish the FAQ wasn't postdated so I could have a bit more confidence in what to run this weekend. Halp:
Scyk Fangs: Mindlinked 2 ion Scyks, 2 PS5 Fangs with title, thrusters.
- Pros: super fun to run, I've practiced it a LOT, eats Defenders for lunch, decent amount of HP and shields behind decent greens
- Cons: spike damage murders it, bomber Ks are very tough for it, doesn't really have the spike damage to punch down fat ships quickly.
Kavil Fenn Mana (replacing Mana with a torpscout if the errata is in place):
- Pros: good toolbox build, combo of spike damage, solid defences, solid HP, uber-reliable TLT damage
- Cons: Kavil is very much the weak link, limited practice with it
RACxler: HotCop/Gunner/Vader or Captive/VI/Engine RAC, Juke Rexler
- Pros: good against Fenn, especially the Vader version, overall good, has a Defender in it so efficient, solid meta list.
- Cons: I'm still not very good at the long-game planning needed to kite reliably with RAC
Bumpercar Oicunn and Stuff: Something with BoShek and Intel agent on Oicunn (either Predator and some Conners, or Daredevil/Engine/Recruit), with a range of wingman, build still in flux.
- Pros: bumpercar Oicunn is fun AF.
- Cons: bumpercar Oicunn soaks damage like crazy, needs a very strong wingman. Still not sure who. The strongest I've run is Rexler with Expertise, but he's insanely vulnerable to stress.
Anyone got any ideas?
