I feel like there's a lot of synergy between having a Draw Their Fire guy in a squad with an expensive bomber and also bleeding off crits from the super modded Tie/D.

I think I first thought of the list not long after Regionals, and 4 of the 7 lists I played against were some form of Missile Bossk.

Hux gives everyone a Focus, puts Fanatical Devotion on the Lambda, which makes a likely un-dodged Tractor Beam hit. The Deltas then each put down a couple of shots to ionize and damage whatever you hit with the Tractor Beam.

Even at Range 2 it's still 4 defense dice, and no matter what the Tractor Beam is ALWAYS hitting. So if you ARE at Range 3, you boost them into Range 2 after you hit them with the Tractor, and you wallop them with your primary.

The main problem still is the General Hux downside. Sigh. And vessery going down eventually.

Yeah a lambda with Tractor beam really doesn't sound bad! =). Its too bad we can't put Hux in a tie bomber or something.

Right now i'm liking the sound of Ion VI Mk. II Vessery with Juke Comm Omega Leader but with Soontir stuff w/ targeting computer to replace the Inquisitor, because sue me but i love the TIE Interceptor, just in general, and i've been waiting for a chance to bust out Soontir again and with Zuckuss dead and Parattani heavily wounded, i can't think of a better time to do it.

Downgrading to a cheaper Lambda and taking Advanced Sensors is probably the better overall move, as you can avoid the stress of Hux and really use self bumping.

A lot of strong contenders just got an extra boost with Manaroo getting pwned in the FAQ. I particularly enjoy flying Nickdraw and that's now awesome, and my twin IG-88s can now be dusted off.

but yes, open list building space. I want to get my T-70s on the table with less risk of them getting one shotted.

I think with a lot of the moaning people haven't realised that Dengar is as strong as ever so there are still going to be plenty of jumpmasters around, and the X7 isn't any weaker in real terms.

I'm thinking Youngster and some Special Forces TIEs but I dunno which EPT to give them. Maybe Expose for some silliness?

You can pick FCS or Agent Kallus, depending on your needs. The old 2014 wave 4 build was PRE AUTOTHRUSTERS! brah dag nab. But we have that tech now, so use it lol. Old build ran only PTL on Soontir (talk about balls), and had Gunner and Capt Yorr!

Oh, it was Capt Yorr and no Darth Vader! AHHHH. That was the BEST list ever!
