So since the evade is now a free action and the trigger is "after executing a maneuver" If say Ryad is stressed and does a 4k(green because of her pilot ability) does she get the action? Remember that the check pilot stress substep is part of the execute maneuver step.

Executing a manoeuvre includes the 'check pilot stress' step, so her stress gets removed before the x7 title triggers.

Had to be that way, otherwise x7 would have given a trigger for PtL to trigger before Check Pilot Stress, which would have been broken.
