Hey only know of 2 Jedi in the game currently which are Luke and Kanan Jarrus.

Are these the only 2 in the game or are there more?

Kyle Katarn and Corran Horn are both Jedi from Legends (formerly known as the Expanded Universe.) Ahsoka Tano was a Jedi. Ezra Bridger thinks he's going to be one. Rey isn't a Jedi, but she has a pretty solid head start.

Mara Jade is an Empire-only crew, but in the EU she eventually became a Jedi Master (and married Luke.)

Vader. Technically.

Keyan (from old EU)

Kylo Ren...if you consider that he was once Ben Solo, and in training to be a Jedi. Might still become one someday?

With Obi-wan showing up in Rebels I'm hoping we'll get him as crew someday.

I don't think enough Jedi are shown to have survived the prequels for them to show up in this game (until we start getting more new films).

Does a Sith count? Asajj is a dark-sider. I think she turns goody-two-shoes again eventually but don't quote me on that.

Asajj actually started as a Jedi Padawan. She does turn again at the end of Dark Disciple, but more towards the middle. Something in between like Ahsoka.
