He returned to his cabin-- one of the nice ones on the top deck-- and opened backpack with his gear then began disassembling his weapons before cleaning and reassembling them.

He was attempting to sort out the new details when he walked in on the tail end of Shard and the now surprisingly functional droid as the bolt ended up back on him.

(ooc: you made that roll to remove the bolt... and then put it back. I'm not sure which I'm laughing at more. Still one of the funniest rolls I've seen, and that's saying something.)

What emotion are you each feeling at this point?
(I'm intrigued about a crazy box... It might end up triggering my tech obsessions! Hoping the droid's didn't notice our exchange)
(A strange mixture of intrigued about the box, concern about the contract, distrust over the handlers/employers, and some remorse that got dredged up due to the constant mentions of Nar Shaddaa.)
Yorik is prepping himself mentally for the tactical insertion. Stealth in as far as they're all able. Funnel the enemy into a kill zone as much as they're able. Flank them wherever possible to get the most complete firing shot pattern. Buddy up to make certain they've each got a firing partner to watch their backs. Clear out the compound room by room and wing by wing. Take out everything and hope a Medpack will keep one of the creatures alive.
Grab a much intelligence as they're able to carry and bring it back to study... or just the corpse if things get too hot.
Don't get killed. Get the team in and out as alive and unharmed as possible...
Edited by CartergameThe ship shifts into hyperspace... and although a bit of turbulence rocks the ship occasionally... The journey is uneventful... Though you notice the Com flash a few times... Something seems to be affecting it.
The ship lists and ditches into orbit. Nothing else seems to be around... now... but the ruins of the former large Sub orbital platform are there... but you notice ... that there are signs it might not be abandoned as it seems...
(question can I use the hyperspace travel to do crafting or programming? I'm interested in adding some programming for Aye. I'm away from my books so I have to see later what the droid programming rules say in terms of difficulty. )
