We played Descent Journey in the dark. We have a question. 2 monsters were around Leorik. Leorik attack them by Heroic Feat. Leorik used item’s surge: Pierce 2.

Heroic Feat affect on 2 monsters. Would The effect of surge (Pierce 2) affect on 2 monsters or 1? Does the surge’s effect affect on all attack or affect on 1 creature and take cooldown?

Could you write full action step by step of surge? Does It affects on all attack or it has times?

Attacks against multiple monsters always have 1 set of attack results (damage, surges, range, etc) against multiple sets of defense results (shields) .

A surge, therefore, will always influence the attack as a whole (assuming it is a sirge that modifies the attack results).
