Combo no. That is not power creep. What is power creep is the number of attack dice you can now bring in an attack. At first the most you could do was 4 red dice and that was usually with a missile or torpedo weapon. Later a few 5 dice attacks came into play such as range 1 whisper or dice adding attacks such as outmaneuver or Jan Ors, but again that was rare. Back then it was possible to get a 7 red dice combo but you had to set that up in such a way you almost had to collude with your opponent.

Now as the new average attack has climbed so has the number of ways to get those super 7 red dice attacks. Back in the day 2 dice wasn't terrible, it was just okay, now 2 dice might as well be a 0 dice attack. 3 is the new standard for attacks. 4 is Average, and 5+ is a good attack.

The combo is not powercreep but it does demonstrate the powercreep of red dice in attacks.

I actually tried Swarm Leader. Im convinced now. In fact, if it wasn't unique id run two copies.

Its mostly cuz the evade feeders are chaff anyways, your opponent really wants to attack other things instead.
