Hi, one question about card "Mass Hysteria". Card says " take each Masked Carnevale-Goer, shuffle them...."

My question is: does this effect includes Carnevale-Goers under your control?

This is referring to the face up title of the card. Once they are flipped over, they become Innocent Revelers, or the named enemies. So Mass Hysteria only affects the unflipped Masked Carnival-Goers, and can't affect Innocent Revelers under your control.
