Extracting Background Picture of the core rulebook?

Does anybody can tell me how can I extract the bg picture ? I tried with some opensource PDF tools but it doesn't work.

I just want that "Old Paper" look for my House Rule Book and a Master Wepons, Armor and Item List.

I don't know how to get the official rulebook's pages without some serious photoshopping, but if you're just looking for some blank parchment and flavor graphics, there's some great stuff over at Winds of Chaos. Just scroll down to Play Aids and use his ribbons/parchment.
