Mindlink makes it so that one can do a Sloop and the other can still give action. Also allows for one to do up to 4 actions in one turn! Boost, Evade, Focus, TL. HLC gives that nice damage, I prefer it to Mangler. FCS gives you a target lock every turn! Feedback is to take care of arc dodgers. Glitterstim gets a bit stressy with Mindlink, but this was my biggest question, do I use Glitterstim? AT is a must have. Title is self explanatory.
