Alright, so I'm wanting to plan my ultimate 500 pt Imp list, but getting writer's block. Looking for ideas, with the following requirements:
Include: Screed, Rhymer, Avenger, and an Interdictor.
No Demo.
Go! And thanks

Screed is all about the Crits so you need to be looking at upgrades that work with that.
Opening with Overload Pulse first almost every round is key. Get those those tokens spent and gone. This will allow Avenger to shine. Targetting sensors allow you to keep the Interdictor more defensive and the title means you can use it against everyone of their activation's.
XX-9 on the Avenger starts getting the face up cards rolling quickly. ECM's as to keep you alive and Boosted Comms so that you can push some of your squadron further out.
Gladiator with Proton Torps, again for the crits, you could swap for the concussion missiles to spread some damage around but to be honest the Proton Torps allow you to get face-up cards through the ships shields... which can cripple larger shielded ships.
Two Golantzi's one with bomber command to give Rhymer extra kick and one with boosted comms to help with some flexibility.
5 Bombers in total, Rhymer 3x Bomber and Tempest Squadron.
3 Tie Advanced with escort to keep enemy squadrons off your bombers.

Sorry I only just realized what you meant by "No Demo" --> as no demolisher.
Take the title out and add in another bomber or spend the points on more upgrades or a better Imitative bid.
Edited by DirklightningFortunately no need to worry about initiative bids in CC as it's purely determined by the game mechanics.
I'm loving the direction you went - do you think the three advanced would be better, or perhaps Zertik with Dengar to get some Intel?
Are ordinance experts a bit superfluous when running Screed?
Thanks for your thoughts!
Throwing in Dengar would be perfect with the advanced ties as it would allow your bombers to skip passed any squadrons that engage the group. The enemy then get caught up with the Advanced and then they would be taking potential damage from the counter ability.
Dengar needs 20 points to run and if you drop Demolisher title you would have 15 points. You'd need to find another 5 points from somewhere to get him in. You could drop the tempest squadron down to a regular advanced to gain 1 point and then drop the ordinance experts for the last 4 points. This does reduce your bomber complement down to 4 but this is fine as the ISD can only push 4 anyway and 4 bombers with the bomber command should still do some damage especially if you target the ship with exhausted defense tokens. Even if they use they they'll have to lose them.
I wouldn't run Zertik personally as you are looking to keep your Advanced Squadrons alive and tying up enemy fighters and let the bombers run free. The longer they are alive the better for your bombers.
