This is pretty amazing. If there was to be a V2, it feels like a missed opportunity to not include two 18x36 panels somewhere along the front or back you could slide together for an impromptu gameboard, or perhaps 4 18x18 panels. in order to avoid changing the outer box dimensions. Or perhaps the front panel could have hinged attachments that fold out into the proper size.

Nice big box ... but not big enough for my x wing minis, would need at lest 2 of them, one for Rebels and one for Imperial's and the way FFG are going a third for for Scummy - scum - scum - scum with the C Roc coming out soon!

But over all very nice and am glad the box is built to fit the Feldherr foam - the box looks sturdy but heavy

Looks great for a home storage option but then he mentioned Feldherr. If you're going the Feldherr route, just get their storage boxes for home and their bags for an on-the-go option.

This was my thought, I was digging it then it boiled down to 1 custom tray at the bottom and a bunch of super simple drawers to hold foam. Lame. The paint on the outside is gorgeous but the rest of it is honestly unimpressive.

It does look pretty darn cool. I don't even want to think about how much it costs, either. It would be a sad day when you run out of room. I'm not sure if I can fit all of my stuff in it.

There should also be some area where you can put papers and such. Mission print outs and lists and such. That would be extra cool.

I store my ships in my pants. Works best with the Jumpmaster. Just don't try it with TIE interceptors.

I'll stay cheap; Planos in a gym bag work for my collection just fine, with the exception of the epic ships and Ghost. I haven't seen a plano tray that was quite ready for Ghost. And Kylo's shuttle may be a problem when eventually it lands in my collection....

This looks really cool if you're not transporting it. I thought i spend a lot on storage. Whew... I feel much better.

It looks all right. Would look AMAZING if it had a pic of a Wookiee on it though.

Oh god. Now I want to build something like this, but with four 18x36 panels.

This is the worst part of this hobby. I've gone from wanting a Plano bag, to wanting two Planos, to wanting a Battlefoam bag, to wanting a second Battlefoam, to wanting a full-blown woodshop. This game is a gateway drug into carpentry.

This is why a wall won't work. Just put the x-wing storage solution down, hop on top and laugh at the small puny wall below.

This guy is an amazing craftsman. Just the idea of moving that box makes me need back surgery though.

Looks nice, but I am not breaking my back carrying it. Not saying I dont like it, but its quite large and I only carry ships I play in my case + Armada Fleet + one day my IA skirmish Minis...

I prefer the idea of the glass display case for home storage but it has two problems. First, things go to display cases to be neglected and die. I use my ships a lot so that won't do. And secondly,if they were in a display it would be way to apparent to the lady of the house just how many there actually are.
