Man those 2 cards are simply stellar.

Ace in the hole is a flat out double turn. Action advantage ftw. What a card!

I've had worse is great too. Just turn damage/horror into resources and start throwing some dynamite here or there.

there's also a Spoiled card from Essex County, Deduction level 2 which allows you to potentially get 3 clues(with success of 2 or more)!

Is the character art in I've had worse meant to be a known investigator. This is my first Arkham game but I know they have a pretty eclectic bunch of investigators.

That would be Lily Chen, the Martial Artist. Probably the best shot of her we've seen so far.

Those events scream for recursion never coming in this game.

I'm a little confused when the article says "Or will you save six experience for an Ace in the Hole?"

Doesn't it only cost 3 experience because it seems to be a level 3 card?

It already exists for Survivors (Wendy's Amulet, Scavenging). Guardians will probably never get access to it, though.

Yes, nice art and good sign she will be in next group of investigators and a Guardian. Would Guardian be in character for her given her backstory.

It has the keyword Exceptional, which means you can have only one copy in your deck and its XP cost is doubled. (RRG, page 11)
