Personal thoughts only, but I think I would start with a defensive retro if you were planning on working them into the ships. Also, I wouldn't unscar squadrons at the end of the first round, play through the second round and use any that get removed to upgrade to maybe one or two more Aces or ace squadrons.

Tycho is probably better than Shara in a Sato list since he can't get tied down and you have no intel. Shara tends to just get ignored because of how hard she is to kill, how her ability only effects her counter, and the fact she can just be unscarred if she goes down. Ignoring her just means you paid 6 extra points for what is essentially a normal A-Wing.
