I don't know if this is a thing in the US, but here on the right (as opposed to left ?) side of the Atlantic the last Tuesday in February is known as pancake day .... unsurprisingly we eat pancakes.

But us special chosen ones of the x-wing community can do more than just fill our faces with pancakes - we can fly them too.

So let's take a blast from the past and revisit some of our favourite old double pancake lists - and maybe a few new ones too.

E: it's not necessarily the last Tuesday in February by the by, it's the start of Lent, the 40 days before Easter, which is a variable festival.

It's originally intended to be using up all of your fatty and rich foods before going on a fast IIRC.

I had home made pancakes and eggs with smoked ham just this Saturday for Brunch... does that kinda count for today on a 30 hour grace period?

I have to say that this is a great idea!

My favorite pancake of late is the buttermilk pancakes from Cracker Barrel, with Pecan Syrup and...er nevermind

My favorite X-Wing pancake is Old Han with Hot Shot Copilot, Predator, Engine and Gunner or Luke.
Some times I sprinkle Jan Ors in there so he can roll an extra dice on the second attack
