1. TIE/fo and TIE/sf are two different types of ship, so you should be able to run 8 of each.
2. Both can be mounted on a Gozanti, but keep in mind the Gozanti must mount the same type. See 1.

However, if you're playing in an Epic Tournament, it never hurts to check with the TO beforehand about the ship type count.
