1. TIE/fo and TIE/sf are two different types of ship, so you should be able to run 8 of each.
2. Both can be mounted on a Gozanti, but keep in mind the Gozanti must mount the same type. See 1.

However, if you're playing in an Epic Tournament , it never hurts to check with the TO beforehand about the ship type count.
