I doubt this list would do well if you didn't kill Fenn on the first engagement, but if you did..

Only thing that would be better is if you could work Attani Mindlink into the list (but then again, Zuckuss and Mindlink rarely work well together)

Zuckuss and Mindlink are better than people think together - the ML ships only get a single stress no matter how much Zuckuss is used, so as long as one of them does a green, all of them including Zuckuss get an action. I'm surprised it's not used *more* to be honest.

To your point, the Light Scyk title gives the Interceptor two more greens, as well.

My only concern, then would be adequately getting focuses for ML and the evades for Swarm Leader.
