Possible slow day at work today...there will be Photoshop magic on this...
I totally agree that it looks too fat to be a Raider, but no one cares what I think anyway.

Artistic Freedom. Or an hitherto unknown "fat" refit?
The reverse fat-angle-shot.
It took me a while to see it, at first I was in the "no way, that can't be a raider!" camp. However, it's all perspective. That isn't a shot of the keel of the ship or even a top down shot, zoom in on the picture and imagine you are looking down the prow of a raider from a point to left of the midline of the ship and right around amidships.
See it now?

I also think it looks too fat to be a raider, but a comparison with my larger x-wing model has convinced me that the TRC card shows the front port side of a raider with the starboard side juuuust visible over the ship's spine. One could argue that the angle is exaggerated because the viewpoint is very close to the hull but I think the artist just got it slightly off. It happens.
I finally see the angle. Thanks guys.
This actual Raider shows it:

Still a little narrower, but I'll take it.

That's what I was going to suggest doing. Take a Raider from the back, turn it a bit to the left, and about 30° upwards. But yeah, it might still be a bit fat.
So our first leak for Wave 6, the "Fat Raider." Now with turbolasers!
