Well they haven't broke even the sequals up for Armada, let alone the clone wars. However Armada gets less releases than X-wing but yeah they are approaching the point X-wing was in Wave 3 where they had to tap in the EU a little (although Armada tapped in that EU since Core if you want to be exact). However if they do tap into those I would like to see it as a way to introduce more factions. We shall wait until wave 6 to see what FFG decides to do.

Well, Imperial ships abound and probably a variety have been mentioned in some of the new novels - but R1 did just add a really choice for Rebels in Armada scale. Hammerheads are of a similar scale to the CR90 also.

The one in the FFG sourcebook "Stay On Target" is basically just a TIE Advanced with a turret instead of shields/hyperdrive/missiles.

I think this would probably be balanced.
