So we are in the final week of our campaign and coming up to our grand battle but I have a question. Can someone drop an old scarred ship and get a completely different ship instead? I have tons of spare points, 94 of them, and was thinking of letting my CR-90 go for a GR-75. Is that possible? Or is it only upgrades you can side bar?

Only upgrades. Ships and squads have to die scarred to be removed.

What I thought but had to ask.

My group house ruled that you may build your fleet as big as you want, but may only bring 500points of that fleet to a battle and those 500points must be decided before we choose the battles.

Obviously its a bit more complex than that with writing down/choosing fleets in order to make sure nobody cheats but we thought it made more sense thematically
