Not sure this is even slightly competitive but here is my list.

3x Gand findsman: VI, Fire control system, vector thrusters, Glitterstim .

VI is useless on them. Making them 7s won't do much. Also, remove one of the Thrusters and replace it with the title. Hope this helps.

Well, I think PS 7 isn't really that strong. Crackshot is way more solid. Even another EPT of some kind. Remove Thrusters on only 1 of them. Reasoning is. 1 less point for Title + Tractor for the same effect plus some. Hope this cleared some things up!
