4-ship Scum list?

I've been pounding on a 4-ship Scum list in the vein of Imperial mini-aces (though they aren't aces) or Paul Heaver's 2015 Worlds list. The problem is, now that the Quadjumper is out, there are 5 ships I want in it.

I've tried various combinations of:

  1. Contracted Scout - Attanni Mindlink, Intelligence Agent, Anti-Pursuit Lasers (29)
  2. Concord Dawn Veteran - Attani Mindlink, title (optional: Autothrusters) (24/26)
  3. N'dru Suhlak - Attani Mindlink, Cluster Missiles, Guidance Chips (optional: Scavenger Crane) (22/24)
  4. Syndicate Thug - TLT, R4 Agromech (optional: Unhinged instead) (26/25)
  5. Unkar Plutt - Spacetug Tractor Array, Intelligence Agent (20)

N'dru is the squeakiest wheel. I have never gotten his missiles to go off at 4 dice. Z-95s are too slow to move into flanking positions unless they start there, and if they start there they are an easy first kill -- too many ships deploy after PS 7 these days. But he's the only real punch to the list, and I don't know what to replace him with that's just as cheap. (Cartel Spacer w/HLC? Um...)

What I do know:

  • the bumpmaster is good
  • the Concord Dawn Veteran w/Autothrusters is good

Similar experiences or advice on what to try next are greatly appreciated!

I've been trying to work out a 4-ship Scum list off an on for the past month as well. It's tough to find the points, but this is what I have after a few games and some iteration:

  • Trandoshan Slaver: Dengar, Zuckuss, 4-LOM, Tac Jammer
  • Syndicate Thug: TLT
  • Spice Runner: TLT
  • Jakku Gunrunner: Spacetug Tractor Array, Deadman's Switch

In four matches the Quad has never directly dealt any damage. This isn't necessarily a bad thing because it is the cheapest thing in the list and will do the least damage over the course of a match. It's like Scum Biggs. Deadman's Switch is for laughs, the thing keeps dying first so I figured I'd make my opponent pay for it.

how about something like this instead? more jousty with blocks, and you can use the EMP device to cause more APL bumps for free dmg on top of having pain bot, makes the scout your unsung hero! 3 links and Kaato can double tap with his pilot abiltiy taking target locks for his actions to try to push dmg through or at least hopefully eat a token or 2
