I've been pounding on a 4-ship Scum list in the vein of Imperial mini-aces (though they aren't aces) or Paul Heaver's 2015 Worlds list. The problem is, now that the Quadjumper is out, there are 5 ships I want in it.
I've tried various combinations of:
- Contracted Scout - Attanni Mindlink, Intelligence Agent, Anti-Pursuit Lasers (29)
- Concord Dawn Veteran - Attani Mindlink, title (optional: Autothrusters) (24/26)
- N'dru Suhlak - Attani Mindlink, Cluster Missiles, Guidance Chips (optional: Scavenger Crane) (22/24)
- Syndicate Thug - TLT, R4 Agromech (optional: Unhinged instead) (26/25)
- Unkar Plutt - Spacetug Tractor Array, Intelligence Agent (20)
N'dru is the squeakiest wheel. I have never gotten his missiles to go off at 4 dice. Z-95s are too slow to move into flanking positions unless they start there, and if they start there they are an easy first kill -- too many ships deploy after PS 7 these days. But he's the only real punch to the list, and I don't know what to replace him with that's just as cheap. (Cartel Spacer w/HLC? Um...)
What I do know:
- the bumpmaster is good
- the Concord Dawn Veteran w/Autothrusters is good
