Hey guys. I saw this list from a regional and didn’t want to hi-jack the regional thread and so, I am wondering what people think the strategy was here. I was looking at a similar build but wasn’t thinking of using Dormitz’s ability as I’d think you’d want Whisper or even Wampa behind the shuttle to protect it’s rear……..but this guy didn’t do that. Here’s the list:

Whisper + Agent Kallus + Fire-Control System + Advanced Cloaking Device + Veteran Instincts
Wampa
Lieutenant Dormitz + Emperor Palpatine + Hyperwave Comm Scanner + Kylo Rens Shuttle

According to an opponent:

"I played against this list in Round 5 of Swiss. He basically setup the shuttle near the center of the board, then deployed Wampa and Whisper at Range 2 of Dormitz towards my end of the board, giving them both an evade and ready for round 1 combat. Round 1 he moved the shuttle up and used coordinate to pass another action to Whisper. So he basically ends up with 2 ships that are turtled up in Round 1, but the shuttle is not in combat range."

Thoughts, what would be the best strategy here?? Do you really want Whisper out that far to begin with.........?? He got 7th........

Having flown it I can say that description is a good start..Get em in fast with evades then run out...Bring in the fight shuttle.

It's a really fun list.

My own dormitz list plays the same but it's three strikers hitting hard on turn one then zooming out whatever is left.
