Change out Experimental Interface on Tycho for Autothrusters

Change out Crackshot on Jake for Adaptability (making them all PS8)

Put vectored thrusters on Jan to give her a bit more reposition ability

The idea is to shoot first with Jan and miss. This will trigger operations specialist onto Jake or Tycho. If it goes to Jake then he can use his ability immediately to barrel roll or boost. The idea is to set up give Jake or Tycho an extra focus during their procket shots. Jan also boost’s their firepower.

Jan is pretty cheap here. She is only 3 pts more than a standard Biggs.
