I am playing around with Ahsoka as a Sabine carrier. She costs 28 point fully equipped and cannot be shot at by ships below PS9. So far I got the following options:

Torpedoes

Homing Missiles

Tankiness

Dropping Scavenger Crane for 2 TLTs

I am trying to collect other suggestions to test out. On Reddit ParaGoomba suggested taking Miranda with TLT instead of one of the Wardens, however - this requires either dropping one Extra Munitions or Advanced SLAM. Neither of those seem like great options.

So - throw your Double K-Wings + Ahsoka suggestions at me ;-)

Don't be too quick to discount Miranda with TLT. It takes away from the mass bombing efficiency approach, but gives you flexibility in tactics and keeps some of your eggs in a separate basket.
