How might i improve on this list for the current meta competitively?

Inquisitor: Title, PTL, AT.

Maarek Stele: Tractor beam, Tie/D title

Countess Ryad, Tie/x-7.

I love tractor beam Tie/D's. But I will also be sure to say, /D's aren't the best choice. In the 100 point standard format the /X7 title delivers as a much stronger benefit. With that in mind here is how I would alter your squad.

Inquisitor (31)

-PTL, Title, AT

(no changes, it works.)

Counters Ryad (34)

-Juke, /X7

Juke is really really good with X7's. You always have an evade so why not get benefit from it when you attack too.

Maarek Stele (35)

-Juke, /X7

You could run Col. Vessery as well in this slot. His ability would get along really well with the inquisitor, but if the inquisitor pops then that would mean you are forced to target lock instead of focus with ryad to get benefit to Vess.
