When a friendly ship acquires a target lock, that ship can lock onto an enemy ship at range 1-3 of any friendly ship.

Question: Can Bodhi Rook (Pilot) allow you to change the target of the target lock acquired by FCS from the “defender” to another enemy ship within range 1-3 of a friendly ship?

no, FCS specifically has you target lock the defender, however if you had a weapons engineer, the second TL can go on any enemy ship r1-3 of any friendly ship
