Hello

I've purchased the Carnevale PoD at a retailer in France and when i opened the box, look what i've found :

The box was sealed so it is not a problem due to the retailer. I was thinking the "true" cards would be in the box but nothing, that was happened during the manufacturing and the cards are good for trash because lines are made with indelible pen in recto/verso of each agendas and acts card and so all the scenario is unplayable.

What can I do ?

You contact FFG's customer support team and tell them what happened. They're pretty good about sorting out mistakes like this. Make sure to tell them it was a POD as well; they might have had multiple problems with that batch they printed out, and would want to quality check their local printer.

I have read another thread like this elsewhere; I think it was a pack that had failed Quality Control but then been packed up and sent anyway. Contact FFG was the answer there too.
