But thats Actions that YOU the player takes. in which case if a forced. ability is being forced then you arnt taking the action. More specifically it is referring to in what order things are done in. When non-combat damage effects trigger there is a chance to respond to a non-combat damaging action but it must do so prior to the resolution of the action, once the action starts to resolve it will assign damage, which is then immediately applied, with no opportunity for any other action to be taken. To further clarify, a Forced Effect may give you some sort of choice to make, possibly using the words 'you may' or 'if able' in the context of the ability which triggers on its own, these are not what is being discussed here by krazykidpsx. He is specifically referring to player actions.
