"Liberation" scenario....BOO-BOO?

By SgtWaka, in Tide of Iron

Forgive me if this is a newb question, but: i am a noob to this game. Just finished playing the "Liberation" scenario, and i must say, i liked it much better than the "Breaking Point" scenario.

However, In the american setup for that scenario it says to take a "Lay Smoke" operations card, which reads, "Your engineer units may spend 2 movement points to place...BLAH BLAH BLAH",,, point is, there are no engineers in that scenario for the Yanks or the Germans. DId i miss something?

You could draw a strategy card that turns a regular squad into an engineer squad. I found this scenario a bit unbalanced in favour of the American side.

Ok , i can see that now. Thanks for clearing that up.

Yeah, although i only played it once so far, it seemed heavily in favor of the americans, although i played the germans wrong and let the halftracks become to much involved instead of attacking them better, Next time perhaps.

Well i never new that it was changed. Being new to the game, i thought the only errata was what they printed at the rear of the rule-book. I copied that to my PC for future reference. Thanks for that.

In the original rules it list 2 FLAMMERS, instead of engineers.
