A dumb question from someone who bought in from the beginning. Does the green line separating the range band on the ruler belong to the section closer to the attacking ship? What about the green line on distance 1?

I think it should be what I think it is but I'm asking beccause I'm planning to cut up my spare rulers and I want to be sure.

RRG pg 9:

The lines on the ruler that divide two adjacent bands always count as part of the band closest to the bottom of the ruler
