A search for "Jamming" found it immediately. But it is also erroneously titled "Jamming Fields" and not "Jamming Barrier". So I can see how it woul dbe missed.

It was the only one I could find with an Eagle.

Also, the correctly titled one didn't address Cracken's effect, and no one could find the other one until just now

Yet I'd say "It addresses Obstruction. Cracken's effect is Obstruction. Same as Montferrat. 'Nuff Said."

And while someone did briefly mention Cracken, there was no discussion as to whether or not a card effect would work differently. But el Diablo quite succinctly addressed that here
